Payment will be 50/50 (unless is less than 20)

We will communicate via Artistree only (exceptions might be discussed)

I don't consent to commission or progress pictures being used/sold as NFTs or to train AI.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission.

I'll use the drawing for promotion. Unless you tell me no.

If you'll be using the piece for promotional use then the price will rise.

The time it takes me to finish the commission will depend on the complexity of the piece, health, and studies, among other things.

If you ghost me (meaning that you don’t respond to my messages) for three weeks, I won’t continue the commission and you won't get a refund.

If I make a mistake in the drawing and finish it without noticing, I will re-draw it free of charge and re-send it to you. (there has to be proof that I actually missed something)

If you want a refund when none of the sketches satisfy you or once I start the commission, I'll give you a 25% refund.

If you want any changes AFTER I send you the final piece, I will charge you 25% of the original price.

50 after I accept the commission and the other 50 (via Artistree invoice) before I send it to you.

The method of payment will be via PayPal.

Besides the payment, Artistree will charge you a service fee in the form of a tip.

If you want any changes AFTER I send you the final piece, I will charge you 20% of the original price.

If you ghost me (meaning that you don’t respond to my messages) for a week, then I won’t continue the commission and you won't get a refund.

If you want a refund when none of the sketches satisfy you or once I start the commission, I will give you a partial refund.

I will give you a 35% refund if, for any reason, I cannot continue your commission.

First, you will go to my "request form" page and select whichever type of commission you want to request.

Then you'll fill out a "Request form" where you will send the reference images. I will ALWAYS ask for, a minimum, of 3 images.

When I accept, I'll set the prices and ToS. You will receive this as an invoice, or I can just send the link to the invoice to you.

Once you pay the first 50%, then I will send you sketches of the WIPs with a watermark (that you can download). You can tell me if I need to change something at this stage.

When you approve the sketches, I will start the actual commission.

Artistree has a message option so clients and sellers can keep in direct contact. I will send you WIPs throughout the drawing progress -with a watermark and in a smaller format- so that you know at what stage your commission is. (Exceptions on messaging can be discussed)

You CAN change the colors of the drawing if they are not your liking BEFORE the final product is sent to you.

Before sending you the final product, I'll send you an invoice via Artistree to collect the other 50% of the payment,

Once you get the finished product, you can accept it or request a revision (I will charge you 20% of the final price for this).

After closing the commission, you will be prompted to leave a tip: 10%, 15%, 20%, or a custom amount of the commission price.
